Service Line Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement SAP ABAP solutions including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms (RICEF objects).
• Work extensively on S/4HANA ABAP development, including CDS Views, AMDP, and OData services.
• Develop and optimize performance-intensive programs using modern ABAP techniques.
• Handle enhancements (User Exits, BADI, Enhancements Framework) and custom development.
• Design and develop interfaces using IDocs, RFC, BAPIs, Web Services, APIs.
• Work with SAP Fiori/UI5 team to support backend OData services.
• Analyze functional specifications and convert them into technical designs.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Support SAP upgrades, migrations, and S/4HANA conversions.
• Collaborate with functional consultants for solution design and issue resolution.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and coding standards.
• Provide production support and handle incident/service requests.

Additional Responsibilities

• SAP Fiori / UI5 understanding
• Knowledge of SAP BTP / RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model)
• Experience in ABAP on HANA
• Exposure to DevOps / CI-CD for SAP
