Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Lead with strong hands-on expertise in SAP ABAP, S/4HANA, OO-ABAP, CDS Views, AMDP, RAP, Fiori and OData, along with experience in leading technical delivery and mentoring development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ABAP development and technical delivery across SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
  
• Design, develop and review RICEFW objects.
  
• Develop modern S/4HANA solutions using CDS Views, AMDP, Open SQL and RAP.
  
• Develop/support SAP Fiori and OData backend services.
  
• Work with BAdIs, User Exits, Customer Exits and Enhancement Framework.
  
• Support integrations using IDoc, RFC, BAPI, OData, SAP CPI and SAP BTP.
  
• Drive code reviews, performance tuning, debugging and development standards.
  
• Ensure adherence to SAP Clean Core and modern extensibility principles.
  
• Lead technical design, estimation, UAT, deployment, cutover and production support.
  
• Mentor developers and coordinate with functional consultants, architects and business stakeholders.
  

Must-Have Skills

• 8–12+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP experience.
  
• Strong ABAP Objects / OO-ABAP expertise.
  
• Strong hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience.
  
• Strong experience with CDS Views and AMDP.
  
• Good hands-on experience with RAP (RESTful Application Programming Model).
  
• Experience with SAP Fiori and OData.
  
• Strong RICEFW, BAdI, User Exit and Enhancement Framework experience.
  
• Strong debugging and performance-tuning skills.
  
• Experience with S/4HANA implementation, migration, conversion or transformation projects.
  
• Experience leading ABAP technical teams/delivery, estimation and mentoring.
  
• Working knowledge of SAP BTP / CPI / Integration Suite.
  
• Understanding of SAP Clean Core and extensibility.
  

Good to Have

SAP Fiori Elements, SAP BTP side-by-side extensibility, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Joule / Business AI, Cloud ALM / Solution Manager, DevOps/CI-CD and SAP certification.

Important: This is a Work-From-Office role in Dehradun. Candidates should be willing to work from or relocate to Dehradun.
