Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Lead to design, develop, and support SAP applications while leading a team of ABAP developers. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in SAP ABAP, SAP S/4HANA, and integration technologies, along with proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of SAP ABAP developers.
• Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions within SAP landscapes.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP ABAP developments including:
• Reports (Classical, Interactive, ALV)
• Interfaces
• Conversions
• Enhancements
• Forms (SmartForms, SAP Scripts, Adobe Forms)
• Workflows
• Develop and support SAP S/4HANA custom developments.
• Work on CDS Views, AMDP, OData Services, and Fiori backend development.
• Perform technical design reviews and ensure coding standards are followed.
• Coordinate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Estimate development effort and manage project deliverables.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide root cause analysis.
• Support SAP upgrades, migrations, and integration projects.
• Ensure compliance with security, performance, and quality standards.

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in SAP ABAP programming.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Reports, Enhancements, BADI, User Exits, BTEs
• BAPIs, RFCs, ALE/IDocs
• SmartForms, Adobe Forms
• Object-Oriented ABAP
• Module Pool Programming
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA development.
• Strong knowledge of:
• CDS Views
• AMDP
• SAP Gateway and OData Services
• SAP Fiori backend development
• Experience with SAP integration technologies.
• Debugging and performance optimization skills.
