Job Title: SAP ABAP HR (HCM) Consultant

Locations: Bangalore | Mumbai | Pune | Hyderabad

Experience: 6+ Years (Relevant experience in SAP ABAP HCM)

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced SAP ABAP HR consultant to join our team across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in HCM-specific ABAP development, along with exposure to at least two full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and customize HR reports leveraging Logical Databases (LDBs) within the HCM module
• Work with payroll and time management data by extracting and interpreting results from cluster tables
• Support core HR sub-modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and Payroll
• Design and develop custom Enhancements, Functions, Operations, and Features within HCM
• Create and modify Infotypes across PA and OM
• Contribute to Web Dynpro development and Workflow design/configuration
• Apply strong ABAP fundamentals Data Dictionary, Dialog Programming, ALV Reports, BDCs, BAPIs, RFCs, BADIs, User Exits, Open SQL, and performance optimization
• Leverage Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP) concepts in development work
• Work with IDocs as part of integration requirements
• Exposure to HCM Processes & Forms is a plus, though not required

Mandatory Skills

• SAP ABAP HR / HCM – 6+ years relevant experience
• HCM Reports development using LDBs
• Payroll/Time cluster table data extraction
• HCM Enhancements: Functions, Operations, Features
• Infotype creation/enhancement (PA & OM)
• Core ABAP: Data Dictionary, Dialog Programming, ALV, BDC, BAPI, RFC, BADI, User Exits, Open SQL, Performance Tuning
• OOABAP
• IDocs
• Minimum 2 end-to-end S/4HANA implementation projects
• Immediate availability for interview tomorrow
