About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and deploy SAP ABAP HR solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement changes in existing systems.
- Implement HR ABAP enhancements, interfaces, and exits to improve system functionality.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP ABAP HR solutions with other modules.
Job Requirements :
- 3 - 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM with or without SuccessFactors
- Certification: SuccessFactors professional with valid certification is mandatory
- Experience in SAP/SF development or integration experience
- Should have the ability to understand integration strategies, integration of HR with other functions, write technical specifications, write code, perform code reviews. Data conversion experience preferred
- Experience of one (or more) technical area: HR ABAP (Forms, Enhancements, Interfaces, Exits, Function Modules, Payroll Operations/Functions, Data Replication, etc.)
