We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP HANA + RAP Developer with strong hands-on expertise in SAP ABAP development on HANA and the RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain SAP applications using ABAP on HANA.
• Develop RAP-based applications using ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP).
• Work on RAP Business Objects, CDS Views, Behavior Definitions, Behavior Implementations, and Service Definitions/Bindings.
• Develop and optimize Core Data Services (CDS) Views and leverage HANA capabilities.
• Implement validations, determinations, actions, and business logic in RAP.
• Develop and troubleshoot OData services and expose RAP applications.
• Perform debugging, performance tuning, code reviews, and technical issue resolution.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure code quality, performance, maintainability, and SAP development best practices.

Mandatory Skills

• 6+ years of SAP ABAP development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in ABAP on HANA.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on RAP development experience.
• Strong knowledge of CDS Views and modern ABAP programming.
• Experience with RAP BO development, behavior definitions and implementations.
• Knowledge of OData services and service exposure.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA development.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori Elements and SAPUI5.
• Experience with ADT (ABAP Development Tools) in Eclipse.
• Knowledge of Clean Core principles and ABAP Cloud development.
