Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP for HANA Consultant with strong expertise in developing and optimizing SAP applications on SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with modern ABAP development techniques, HANA-based programming, and end-to-end implementation projects. Solutions built on SAP HANA commonly leverage technologies such as CDS Views, AMDP, and modern Open SQL for performance optimization.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Hands-on experience with ABAP on HANA and SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with CDS Views (Core Data Services).
• Experience with AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures).
• Strong knowledge of Open SQL, HANA SQL, and performance optimization.
• Development experience in RICEFW objects:
• Reports
• Interfaces
• Conversions
• Enhancements
• Forms
• Workflows
• Experience with BADI, User Exits, Enhancement Framework.
• Experience in OData Services and SAP Gateway.
• Exposure to Eclipse ADT (ABAP Development Tools).
• At least 1 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation project.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and support SAP ABAP solutions on SAP HANA.
• Design and build CDS Views, AMDPs, and HANA-optimized programs.
• Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to SAP best practices.
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance issues in ABAP applications.
• Develop and maintain interfaces, reports, enhancements, and forms.
• Support implementation, upgrade, and rollout projects.
