SAP ABAP Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer with 6-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP development. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows while working closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain SAP ABAP programs based on business requirements.
• Design and develop Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW).
• Work on Classical Reports, Interactive Reports, ALV Reports, SmartForms, SAP Scripts, and Adobe Forms.
• Develop and support BDCs, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Customer Exits, and Enhancement Framework objects.
• Develop interfaces using IDocs, RFCs, Web Services, and APIs.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and performance tuning.
• Prepare technical specifications and development documentation.
• Support SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement projects.
• Provide post-go-live support and resolve production issues.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• SAP ABAP Certification will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 68 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA development is preferred.
• Experience working with SAP functional modules such as MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, PS, or FICO.
