SAP ABAP and Fiori Consultant

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and support SAP ABAP and SAP Fiori/UI5 applications.
• Build and maintain custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, workflows, and technical objects.
• Develop and consume OData Services for SAP Fiori applications.
• Design and develop responsive SAP Fiori applications aligned with SAP UX standards.
• Create and extend standard SAP Fiori applications using SAP UI5 and Fiori Elements.
• Develop backend solutions using ABAP and Object-Oriented ABAP.
• Work with BADIs, BAPIs, RFCs, IDOCs, BDCs, User Exits, Screen Exits, and Menu Exits.
• Build and optimize CDS Views and SAP Gateway services.
• Develop Adobe Forms, SmartForms, SAPScripts, and ALV Reports.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform technical analysis, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Support SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
• Develop REST-based APIs and backend services.
• Ensure adherence to SAP development standards, clean-core principles, and upgrade-safe development practices.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support sprint-based delivery.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 8-12 years of SAP ABAP development experience.
• Strong expertise in ABAP and Object-Oriented ABAP (OO ABAP).
• Extensive experience with BADIs, BAPIs, RFC Calls, IDOCs, BDCs, Classes, and Methods.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Forms, SmartForms, SAPScripts, Data Dictionary (DDIC), and ALV Reports.
• Strong experience with Implicit & Explicit Enhancements, User Exits, Screen Exits, and Menu Exits.
• Expertise in SAP Fiori/UI5 application development.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP UI5, Fiori Elements, SAP Fiori Launchpad (FLP), SAP Business Application Studio (BAS), and SAP Web IDE.
• Experience developing custom Fiori applications and extending standard SAP Fiori applications.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, JSON, XML Views, Fragments, and MVC Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with CDS Views, OData Services, and SAP Gateway technologies.
• Experience building REST APIs and backend services.
• Knowledge of clean-core architecture and SAP extensibility frameworks.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
• Experience using SAP ABAP Development Tools (ADT) in Eclipse.
• Functional exposure across SAP SD, FI/CO, MM, PP, QM, and SM modules.
• Experience working in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments, including implementation or migration projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver scalable technical solutions in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
