Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain product samples for new launches, ensuring quality control and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with design teams to create prototypes, test fabrics, and select embellishments.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences, informing sampling decisions.
• Manage inventory levels of existing products, identifying opportunities for improvement through data analysis.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in merchandising or a related field (e.g., textiles).
• Strong understanding of embroidery techniques and fabric selection processes.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, buyers, and production managers.
• Proficiency in sample development tools such as swatch books or digital platforms.
