Role Description The Salon Manager is responsible for overseeing daily salon operations, ensuring a high level of customer service, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This full-time, on-site role is based in Gurugram and includes supervising staff, managing schedules, and coordinating appointments to maximize efficiency and client satisfaction. The Salon Manager will monitor inventory, handle cash and billing, implement salon policies, and support marketing initiatives to drive client retention and growth. The role also involves training and mentoring team members, resolving client concerns, and ensuring that services and hygiene standards comply with company guidelines.
Qualifications

• Strong expertise in cosmetology and hair care, with the ability to guide and support salon staff on services and best practices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Experience with hiring and managing salon personnel, including scheduling, performance feedback, and team development.
• Proven ability to manage salon operations, including inventory control, billing, and basic administrative tasks.
