Jewellery Sales Executive / Salesman

• Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
• Explain product details, designs, pricing, making charges, offers, and schemes.
• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain proper display and arrangement of jewellery products.
• Support billing, stock verification, and showroom operations when required.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.
• Handle jewellery products carefully and responsibly.
• Assist in follow-up calls and customer relationship activities.
• Maintain a professional and presentable appearance.

Preferred skill

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of jewellery products is an advantage.
