Salesforce Trainee

Responsibilities

• Support requirement gathering and documentation
• Assist in configuration, testing, and deployment activities
• Prepare training and project documentation
• Work closely with senior consultants on delivery tasks
• Learn Salesforce best practices and pursue certifications

Requirements

• 0-1 years experience (freshers welcome)
• Strong communication and willingness to learn
• Good analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of CRM concepts is helpful

Nice To Have

• Any Salesforce coursework/certification exposure
• Internship experience in software/consulting
