About this role
Job DescriptionResponsibilities
Design and execute test cases for Salesforce applications and integrations.
Conduct Functional, Integration, Regression, and End-to-End testing.
Validate business processes across Salesforce Clouds.
Collaborate with business users and technical teams to ensure application quality.
Support automation initiatives and test process improvements.
Required Skills
6+ years of experience in Salesforce Testing.
Hands-on experience in one or more Salesforce Clouds:
o Sales Cloud
o Service Cloud
o CPQ
o Marketing Cloud
o Commerce Cloud
o Health Cloud
o Agentforce
Experience in Salesforce CRM testing and integration testing.
Knowledge of SOQL and SOSL.
Experience with one or more automation tools:
o Selenium
o Playwright
o Tosca
o UiPath
o Provar
Exposure to Einstein AI, Data Cloud (Data 360), and Veeva CRM is preferred.
Preferred Skills
Salesforce certification.
Automation framework experience.
Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Educational Qualification - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

Roles ResponsibilitiesA day in the life of an Infoscion
As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design
You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization's financial guidelines
Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high quality value adding solutions to customers.
