Salesforce Technical Product Owner

Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with strong experience in enterprise Salesforce environments.
  
• Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise CRM, or Salesforce platforms.
  
• Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is required, including understanding of marketing automation, campaigns/journeys, segmentation, communications, and integrations.
  
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, objects, relationships, record types, approval processes, permission sets, profiles, automation, and integrations.
  
• Ability to create clear and concise PRDs, BRDs, user stories, HLRs, acceptance criteria, and product roadmaps.
  
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders across Business Operations, Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Engineering, and IT.
  
• Ability to work with technical teams on architecture and integration decisions without needing to write Apex.
  
• Experience owning Salesforce releases from discovery and requirements through UAT, deployment, and production support.
  
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  

Nice to Have:

• Life Sciences, healthcare, diagnostics, or regulated-industry experience.
  
• Salesforce vendor/SI delivery management experience.
  
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud integration.
  
• Familiarity with Lightning Apps/Consoles, CRM Analytics (CRMA), and Territory Management.
  
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
  
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Git-backed Salesforce metadata, and release documentation.
  
• Experience working with external Salesforce implementation partners/vendors.
  
• Understanding of PHI, compliance, and regulated healthcare workflows.

• 7+ years Salesforce experience | Sales Cloud | Marketing Cloud | Enterprise CRM Product Management | Integrations | UAT & Release Management | Healthcare/Life Sciences preferred
