Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce development projects and ensure timely delivery
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions
- Mentor and guide team members while conducting code reviews and enforcing best
- practices
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and analyze
- requirements
- Ensure application quality, performance, and security standards are maintained
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and technologies
Job Requirements :
- 5+ years of overall IT experience with at least 3+ years in Salesforce development
- Strong expertise in: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Security Model, SOQL, Lightning Framework
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, workflows, and process automation
- Good understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery models
- Salesforce certifications will be an added advantage
- Proven experience leading teams and owning technical delivery
