Salesforce Technical Lead

Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with strong expertise in OmniStudio, Salesforce CLM, DataRaptors, Apex, LWC, integrations, deployment, CI/CD, and enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• The candidate must have strong hands-on experience designing and developing enterprise solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
• Strong experience in Salesforce CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) is mandatory. The candidate should understand contract lifecycle processes including contract creation, authoring, approvals, negotiation, execution, amendments, renewals, termination, document generation, and integrations.
• The candidate should also have strong knowledge of Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, Data Migration, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce Administration, CI/CD, and DevOps.
• The Technical Lead will be responsible for leading technical implementation, solution design, hands-on coding, code reviews, deployment, technical documentation, mentoring developers, and working closely with Business Analysts, Architects, QA, DevOps teams, Project Managers, and clients.
• Strong communication, technical leadership, problem-solving, architecture, and documentation skills are mandatory..
