We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead, with strong expertise in Salesforce Field Service (FSL). The role involves designing scalable Salesforce solutions, leading technical delivery, and driving FSL implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Salesforce technical architecture and solution design for Field Service (FSL) implementations.
* Design and implement FSL solutions covering Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling & Optimization, Dispatching, Service Resources, Territories, Skills, and Mobile.
* Experience in Sales cloud, Service cloud, Configuration, customization
* Strong Experience in Salesforce Development
* Must have Salesforce certifications
