Salesforce Technical Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. The role involves hands-on development, technical decision-making, and mentoring the Salesforce development team while collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality business solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end technical design and development of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers, including code reviews and best practice guidance
• Design and implement Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, and Visualforce pages
• Ensure Salesforce implementations adhere to security, performance, and governor limits
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools
• Manage deployments using CI/CD pipelines, version control, and Salesforce DX
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and QA teams throughout the SDLC
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices
• Support production issues and provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer.

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in Salesforce Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and profiles.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, middleware tools)
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, and deployment tools.
• Familiarity with asynchronous processing (Batch Apex, Queueable, Scheduled Apex)
