Salesforce Technical Lead

Role & responsibilities

• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL, and Flows.
• Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce platform customization.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, Copado, Gearset, or similar DevOps tools.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, and governor limits.
• Experience in solution design, code reviews, and technical mentoring.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce development activities and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using LWC and Apex.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Review code and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
• Support integrations with external applications and enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Participate in estimation, design discussions, and release planning.
• Mentor junior developers and support team skill development.
