Salesforce Technical Lead

Desired Experience Range:
715 years overall IT experience, with 5+ years in Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360
Required Technical Skill Set
• Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), Health Cloud, Service Cloud
• Enterprise data architecture, MDM, data governance
• Identity resolution, data harmonization, segmentation
• AI/Agentforce, Einstein Analytics, CRM Analytics
• Security, compliance (HIPAA, GDPR), cloud architecture
Desired Competencies
- Must Have
• End-to-end solution architecture ownership
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in large enterprise transformation programs
- Good to Have
• Healthcare / Life Sciences domain experience
• Pre-sales, RFP, and solution estimations
• Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery model
Responsibilities of / Expectations from the role
• Define target-state Data 360 architecture aligned with business outcomes
• Lead solution design across Salesforce, integrations, and enterprise data platforms
• Provide architectural governance and design reviews
• Collaborate with client leadership, product owners, and delivery teams
• Support pre-sales, proposals, and solution walkthroughs
