About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Design and deliver Service Cloud and FSL solutions
- Lead architecture for routing, scheduling, dispatching, SLA, and entitlement processes
- Define Apex, LWC, integration, and API standards
- Own integrations with ERP, CTI, IoT, scheduling, and workforce systems
- Manage FSL data model, territories, skills, calendars, and optimization rules
- Review technical designs and code
- Lead CI/CD, releases, production support, and incident management
- Mentor developers and lead onsite/offshore teams
- Drive Agent force, Copilot, and AI-enabled development adoption
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong Service Cloud and FSL architect/developer
- Hands-on Apex, LWC, integrations, and Salesforce platform architecture
- Experience with Copado, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines
- SAP/ERP and microservices integration experience
- Team leadership of 8-10 developers
- Experience with Work Orders, Scheduling, Dispatching, Warranty, and Parts Management
- Salesforce PD1 and PD2 certified
- Automotive, Manufacturing, or Service Operations domain experience preferred
