Salesforce technical developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce applications and custom solutions.
• Develop Apex Classes/Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, validations, and workflows.
• Configure and customize Salesforce modules, primarily Sales Cloud, with exposure to Service, Marketing & Revenue Cloud.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, etc.
• Work with integrated platforms such as Oracle ERP/Fusion, Power BI, HubSpot, and manage data flows.
• Participate in release cycles, deployments, production support, and incident resolution.
• Prepare technical documentation, release notes, and design documents.
• Collaborate with technical/functional stakeholders and support Salesforce Administrators when required.

Mandatory Skills:

• 46 years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC/Lightning, Visualforce, Flows, Triggers, and Salesforce Configuration.
• Good understanding of Salesforce Architecture, Data Model, Objects, Relationships, Security & Sales Cloud.
• Strong experience in Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS and Salesforce Lightning Design System.
• Experience across SDLC, deployment, testing, and production support.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Certifications:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I – Mandatory/Preferred.
• Platform Developer II, App Builder, Salesforce Administrator, or JavaScript Developer certifications are an added advantage.
