About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for process improvements using Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications.
- Provide training and support to end-users on newly implemented Salesforce solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce data migration, integration, and customization.
Job Requirements :
- 7+ years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Admin, Developer, Sales Cloud (Lightning), Service Cloud modules.
- Experience with Salesforce Business Analyst tools such as Jira Agile Project Management Tool.
