Salesforce Technical Architect

Candidate must have strong hands-on experience of 10+ years on Salesforce Platform with at least 4+ years of experience leading enterprise architecture initiatives and designing modern Lightning Experience solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Design highly scalable, secure, reusable, and high-performing Salesforce user interfaces.

• Deep understanding of:

Key Responsibilities*

• Define enterprise UI architecture standards for Salesforce applications.
• Design and govern large-scale reusable Lightning Web Component frameworks.
• Lead architecture and technical design workshops with stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce development and architecture best practices.
• Lead Aura-to-LWC modernization initiatives.
• Architect secure and high-performing frontend frameworks.
• Review code and provide technical governance across projects.
• Mentor developers, technical leads, and solution architects.
• Define DevOps and release management approaches for Salesforce programs.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Product Owners, and Delivery Teams.
• Support solution estimation, pre-sales activities, and architecture governance boards.
