Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (Community Cloud), and Salesforce platform development. Experience with Salesforce Agentforce is a strong advantage.
The candidate should possess excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. Strong experience in system integrations is mandatory, while data migration experience is desirable.
Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, customize, and implement Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Develop and maintain custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, providing scalable and efficient technical solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, administrators, and cross-functional teams.
- Participate in client discussions, solution workshops, estimations, and technical design reviews.
- Design and implement Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and integration platforms.
- Develop reusable components, technical documentation, and deployment strategies.
- Support system enhancements, bug fixes, performance optimization, and release management activities.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and coding guidelines.
- Stay updated with Salesforce platform releases and emerging technologies, including Agentforce and AI capabilities.
- Minimum 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with: Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud (Community Cloud)
- Expertise in: Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Lightning Aura Components Visualforce Salesforce Flows and Process Automation SOQL/SOSL Salesforce Security Model
- Strong experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware platforms.
- Experience with Salesforce deployment and release management tools (Git, Copado, Gearset, DevOps Center, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and platform capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience handling client interactions, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management.
- Experience with Salesforce Agentforce and AI-powered Salesforce capabilities.
- Experience in Salesforce Data Migration using Data Loader, ETL tools, or migration frameworks.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud or other Salesforce ecosystem products.
- Salesforce certifications such as: Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Salesforce Administrator Sales Cloud Consultant Service Cloud Consultant Agentforce-related certifications (if applicable)
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
