Salesforce-SPIFF Implementation Specialist

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field and experience.
• 5+ years of Salesforce Admin experience and 1 + years of exposure / experience with Salesforce SPIFF 
• Knowledge of business and financial processes/metrics for use in driving key performance indicators.
• Familiarity with O365 tools and applications like Sharepoint, Excel
• Familiarity with integration PaaS tools like Workato.

Additional Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Familiarity with Sales Incentive Applications such as SPIFF
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
