We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with strong expertise in Service Cloud & Field Service (FSL) to lead end-to-end solution design, architecture, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud & Field Service
  • Lead requirement gathering, process mapping, user stories and solution design
  • Architect solutions involving automation, integrations, security, data models & reporting
  • Work closely with Business, IT, QA, Support and Operations stakeholders
  • Provide SME expertise in Case Management, Omni-Channel, Entitlements, Knowledge, SLA & Service Console
  • Design Field Service solutions covering Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling, Dispatch, Territories & Mobile Workforce
  • Support development, UAT, releases, change requests and post-production activities

REST/SOAP APIs & Middleware Integrations

UAT & End-to-End Delivery

Good to Have

Salesforce certifications | Jira | qTest | Gearset | Data Loader | Workbench | CI/CD | Agile | Energy & Utilities / Manufacturing / Customer Service domain experience
