Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
• Configure and customize Case Management, Queues, Assignment Rules, Escalation Rules, and SLAs.
• Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Apex Classes, and Triggers.
• Implement Omni-Channel Routing, Service Console, and Knowledge Management solutions.
• Build Flows and automation to streamline support processes.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and service performance metrics.
• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment activities.
• Provide production support and resolve complex business issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
