About Position: We are seeking a Salesforce Service Cloud Developer with experience across Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Platform, and AI-enabled CRM capabilities. The role will support development and enhancement of Service Cloud solutions while contributing to intelligent Salesforce implementations.

• Develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud applications using Salesforce Platform capabilities.
• Support Service Cloud configuration, customization, automation, and application development activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions.
• Contribute to AI-enabled Salesforce use cases and intelligent service capabilities.
• Participate in testing, documentation, deployment, defect resolution, and production support.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 2 to 5 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Platform, and AI-enabled CRM capabilities.
• Ability to configure, customize, and support Salesforce applications.
• Understanding of Salesforce development best practices, testing, deployment, and support processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
