Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and Lightning web component development.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions on time.
  
• Troubleshoot issues related to Salesforce platform configuration settings (e.g., security settings), data migration problems (e.g., API integration), or application performance optimization.
  
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-12 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud development with expertise in Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, Lightning web component development.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).
  
• Strong understanding of Sales Force Development principles and methodologies.
  
• Experience working with Agile project management tools like Jira.
