Salesforce Senior Technical Consultant - Finance/Health/Communication

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for Senior Technical Consultants with strong domain depth in Revenue Cloud or Financial Cloud or Health Cloud or Communications Cloud. Depth in one of the four is what we require.

You will lead a work stream in sophisticated enterprise customer engagements as a hands-on advisor: designing the solution, guiding the build, and presenting and defending it with the customer. You will lead the evaluation of options, proactively manage risk, and see issues through to complete resolution.

YOUR IMPACT: Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and delivery of a work stream within your domain.
• Drive application and technical design documents that follow Salesforce best practices and fit the customer's landscape.
• Guide the team on integration, environment management, testing and platform standards.
• Troubleshoot critical implementation issues through to resolution.
• Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions with the customer and third-party partners.
• Mentor junior teammates and contribute to the growth of the Services Practice.
• Up-skill on AI Fluency and AI-native delivery, using AI tools and developer assistants (e.g. Agentforce Vibes, Cursor, Claude).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years hands-on Salesforce delivery experience in Revenue Cloud or Financial Cloud or Health Cloud or Communications Cloud
• 7+ years as a Lead Developer overall doing solution design in a mid to large-sized organization.
• Experience with key areas of enterprise architecture - integration technologies, single sign-on and master data management.
• Experience with Waterfall and/or Agile implementation methodologies.
• Proven ability to analyze, design and optimize business processes via technology and integration.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and strong presentation skills able to present and defend a point of view to a variety of audiences.
• Able to work independently and be a self-starter.
• Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or in a related field.

Highly beneficial to have any Salesforce.com product certifications prior to joining.Expected to gain these certifications within the first 3 months:

• Certified Platform App Builder
• Certified Platform Developer I
• Certified Agentforce Specialist
• Certified Sharing & Visibility Designer
• Certified Integration Architect
• plus the certification for your domain

Preferred candidate profile

Cloud-Specific Experience

Candidates may have experience in one or more of the following areas.

• Health Cloud: Healthcare workflows, patient and provider management, care coordination, and healthcare system integrations.
• Communications Cloud: Telecommunications business processes, product and service configuration, order management, and industry-specific integrations.
• Financial Services Cloud (Fins): Financial services workflows, customer and relationship management, banking or insurance processes, and financial system integrations.
• Revenue Cloud: Product configuration, pricing, quoting, contracts, order management, and revenue lifecycle processes.

Candidates do not need experience across all four clouds. Strong Salesforce technical fundamentals and hands-on experience in at least one relevant cloud or complex Salesforce implementation are preferred.
