Responsibilities

- Leading Salesforce consulting projects to optimize client operational efficiency
- Analyzing client needs and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet strategic objectives
- Providing training and support for effective utilization of Salesforce applications
- Managing stakeholder relationships to facilitate seamless integration of business applications
- Applying systems thinking to identify and address underlying problems and opportunities
- Directing teams through complex situations with composure and strategic questioning
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story
- Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to enhance project success
- Developing training materials and delivering coaching to enhance team performance
- Innovating processes and leveraging emerging technologies to drive results
- Overseeing project architecture and budgeting to align with client goals
- Promoting inclusion and diversity within high-performing teams
- Integrating enterprise software and IT infrastructure to support business processes

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 12 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating advanced skills in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud
- Utilizing strategic questioning to drive innovative solutions
- Leading complex Salesforce implementation projects with a focus on client success
- Developing training materials to enhance team capabilities in Salesforce environments
- Applying systems thinking to identify and address business process opportunities
