Job Description

TCS is looking for experienced Salesforce professionals with strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Integrations. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to deliver seamless customer experiences.

• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud development and customization

• Mandatory expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Integrations

• Experience working with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and third-party system integrations

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience, Flows, and Automation

• Hands-on experience in designing and developing custom Salesforce applications and components

• Experience in requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support activities

• Strong understanding of data modeling, security, sharing rules, profiles, roles, and permission sets

• Experience in troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support

• Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and large-scale Salesforce implementations
