Salesforce Quality Assurance Engineer

We are looking for a Salesforce QA Engineer with hands-on experience in functional testing, automation testing, Tricentis Tosca, and integration testing. The candidate should have a strong understanding of Salesforce applications and the ability to ensure quality across business processes and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications.
• Develop and maintain automated test cases using Tricentis Tosca.
• Test Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ functionalities.
• Perform integration testing to validate data flow between Salesforce and external systems.
• Validate Salesforce security settings, Flows, Validation Rules, Reports, and Dashboards.
• Identify, document, and track defects, and collaborate with development teams for resolution.
• Prepare test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and execution reports.
• Support release validation and ensure application quality across deployments.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in Salesforce QA and testing.
• Strong experience in automation testing using Tricentis Tosca.
• Experience in functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ.
• Understanding of Salesforce Lightning, security model, Flows, and Validation Rules.
• Experience in defect management and end-to-end QA processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
