Job Title: Salesforce QA

Position Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce QA Developer to support functional, regression, API, and integration testing for Salesforce applications. The candidate will work closely with developers, technical leads, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and create detailed test scenarios.
• Develop test cases and test scripts.
• Perform functional testing of Salesforce applications.
• Execute regression testing.
• Perform integration testing across Salesforce and external systems.
• Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Validate Salesforce configurations and custom development.
• Test Apex, LWC, integrations, workflows, and data flows.
• Identify, document, and track defects.
• Perform defect retesting and regression validation.
• Participate in sprint planning and refinement sessions.
• Support UAT and release validation.
• Maintain test documentation and test results.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of software QA/testing experience.
• Salesforce testing experience.
• Strong functional and regression testing experience.
• API testing experience using Postman or similar tools.
• Integration testing experience.
• Experience creating test cases and test scenarios.
• Experience with Jira or similar defect-tracking tools.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Good analytical and communication skills.

Preferred

• Salesforce Certified Administrator or relevant Salesforce certification.
• Experience testing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Basic understanding of Apex and LWC.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD and Salesforce release processes.
