Salesforce Quality Assurance and Automation Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using AccelQ Automation for Salesforce applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
• Develop and execute manual tests to ensure high-quality software releases.
• Troubleshoot issues related to salesforce testing, including defect tracking and resolution.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in QA engineering with expertise in automation testing using AccelQ Automation.
• Strong understanding of Service Cloud architecture and its components (e.g., Chatter, LWC).
• Experience working on large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in developing complex SQL queries for data analysis.
