Salesforce QA

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios for Salesforce applications.
• Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, Apex classes, and Lightning components.
• Perform Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, and UAT support.
• Test Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom implementations.
• Validate APIs and integrations with third-party systems.
• Log, track, and verify defects using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint quality goals.
• Prepare test reports and provide status updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Salesforce QA/Testing.
• Good understanding of Salesforce CRM platform.
• Experience with:
• Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Service Cloud
• Lightning Experience
• Salesforce Flows and Process Automation
• Hands-on experience in Manual Testing.
• Knowledge of API Testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Experience in defect tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Test Automation using Selenium, Provar, Tosca, or Copado.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification or Salesforce QA Certification.
• Experience testing Salesforce integrations and middleware applications.
• Knowledge of SQL and data validation techniques.
