The Role
Seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer / Consultant with strong hands-on technical expertise and client-facing consulting skills. The role involves designing, building, and optimizing complex Salesforce solutions that align with customer needs. You ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive technical excellence, and ensure high-impact, scalable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into robust Salesforce technical solutions. Design, configure, and develop applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, and declarative tools. Customize and optimize Salesforce modules including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and OmniStudio. Lead integrations with third-party applications and external systems. Drive data migration activities and manage deployment cycles. Apply best practices using Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Develop and maintain unit tests; diagnose and resolve technical issues. Provide training and post-implementation support. Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and capabilities. Qualifications and Skills
5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and consulting. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, data modeling, and automation. Proven proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flows. Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and source-driven development. Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns. Ability to work directly with stakeholders in a consulting environment. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Core Skills

Salesforce Platform Developer II or relevant consulting certifications. Exposure to agile delivery and tools such as Jira, Confluence.
