Salesforce QA Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a Salesforce QA Engineer with strong experience in testing Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in functional, integration, regression, and API testing, along with a good understanding of Salesforce platform features.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
• Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and UAT testing.
• Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Execute test cases, log defects, and track them through closure.
• Create Test Plans, Test Strategy, Test Estimates, and Test Summary Reports.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
• Provide regular status updates and highlight risks or blockers.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of Salesforce testing experience.
• Hands-on experience with testing in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of SOQL, API Testing, Salesforce Inspector, Workbench, and Data Loader.
• Experience in Integration Testing.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Trello or similar defect management tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
• Exposure automation tools such as Selenium or Playwright.
• Salesforce certifications are an added advantage.
