Salesforce QA Engineer- Udaipur- Work from Office

Required Skills

• 6 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst and QA in Salesforce projects
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Hands-on experience with functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Provar, Copado Robotic Testing, or similar tools
• Experience developing and maintaining reusable automation test scripts
• Experience with API testing and automation tools such as Postman or REST Assured
• Familiarity with automation framework design and CI/CD integration
• Experience with defect management and test-reporting processes
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar ALM tools
• Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS)
• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud or OmniStudio
• Experience with Salesforce test-automation frameworks
• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Business Analyst, or Associate
• Testing or automation certification
