Role
- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, quality, and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to gather requirements, conduct demos, and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
- Lead client meetings with confidence, ensuring clear communication, effective presentations, and requirement discussions.
- Manage stakeholders and expectations, sprint planning, project scoping, risk tracking, and change management.
- Prepare project proposals, estimates, timelines, and comprehensive work plans aligned with client expectations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, address concerns, and identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Ensure effective project execution by coordinating with technical, functional, and delivery teams.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks or challenges, and ensure timely resolution and successful delivery.
- Knowledge or experience in the Salesforce domain will be an added advantage.
