Salesforce Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage Salesforce projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Develop and maintain project plans, track progress against goals, and identify potential roadblocks or issues.
• Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements :

• 10-14 years of experience in Salesforce Project Management (SFDC PM) role.
• Strong understanding of Loyalty programs implementation on Salesforce platform.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively.
