We are looking for someone who can combine Salesforce platform expertise with a product-oriented and business-focused mindset. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing key solutions that support employee, manager, and operational team experiences in an international environment.

- Developing and continuously improving Salesforce-based products, with a particular focus on Salesforce Service Cloud
- Managing the product backlog and defining priorities in close collaboration with business stakeholders
- Co-creating the product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction
- Analysing user needs and translating them into business and functional requirements
- Driving communication with stakeholders across different business areas and countries
- Monitoring product adoption and usage, gathering user feedback, and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Coordinating the implementation of new functionalities and supporting the change adoption process
- At least 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Salesforce Consultant with a strong business-oriented focus
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
- Proven ability to manage product backlogs, prioritise requirements, and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholder groups
- Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and defining business solutions
- Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practical experience working with product teams
- Excellent English and Polish communication skills, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment
- Living in Poland
- Basic knowledge of SOQL and data extraction from Salesforce
- Experience with Agile methodologies
