Role Overview:

As a Salesforce Product Owner/Manager, you will serve as the bridge between business strategy and technical execution, ensuring that our Salesforce ecosystem delivers maximum value to our stakeholders.

You will lead the product roadmap, translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories, and work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to oversee the delivery of high-impact Salesforce solutions.

By maintaining a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities, you will drive product adoption, optimize workflows, and ensure that our digital transformation initiatives align with long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and prioritize the product backlog to ensure the development team focuses on features that provide the highest business value and ROI.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify pain points, and translate them into clear, technical specifications for the development team.

- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization and sprint planning to user acceptance testing and final deployment.

- Monitor platform performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and feature enhancement.

- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical business units to ensure alignment on project timelines, scope, and deliverables.

- Drive the adoption of Salesforce best practices and governance standards to ensure a scalable and maintainable system architecture.

Required Skillset:

- Possess 6 - 12 years of professional experience in product management, with a strong focus on Salesforce-based solutions and CRM ecosystems.

- Demonstrate deep functional knowledge of Salesforce modules, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud, and how they integrate into broader enterprise architectures.

- Exhibit excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making and manage expectations across various levels of the organization.

- Showcase a proven track record of working in Agile environments, managing backlogs, and leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations.

- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences, ensuring that business goals remain the primary driver of technical development.

- Adapt seamlessly to a distributed work environment, with the flexibility to collaborate effectively across multiple locations.
