Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions for wealth management business operations. The role involves developing complex features, integrations, troubleshooting technical issues, and mentoring junior developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Flows.
- Build and optimize Apex code, SOQL queries, and integrations.
- Develop REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven integrations.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Ensure performance, scalability, security, and governor limit compliance.
- Support Salesforce CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Mentor junior developers and improve coding standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 57 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong knowledge of OOP principles and hands-on experience with .NET/C#.
- Expertise in Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Test Classes.
- Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura.
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Experience with Flows, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture (CDC).
- Knowledge of Salesforce integrations, OAuth, Connected Apps, and asynchronous processing.
- Experience with SOQL, SOSL, bulkification, record locking, and transaction management.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, and CI/CD tools such as Copado or Gearset.
- Understanding of Salesforce security, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and mentoring skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Financial Services Cloud or Wealth Management.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is preferred.
