Shift Timing: 1:30 PM 10:30 PM (Indian Shift)
Job Description:We are looking for a Salesforce MCAE (Pardot) Consultant with hands-on experience in marketing automation and Salesforce integration. The candidate should have a strong understanding of end-to-end marketing processes and data flow between systems.
Required Skills:
- 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) implementations
- Strong understanding of end-to-end marketing processes:
- Campaign creation (email/web/social)
- Lead generation, scoring, qualification, and distribution
- Lead conversion and closed-loop reporting
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM and marketing data
- Knowledge of APIs in MCAE/Pardot for integration solutions
- Understanding of sync processes and limitations with Salesforce
- Strong knowledge of data flow between Pardot and Salesforce
Preferred Skills:
- MCAE/Pardot Specialist or Consultant certification
- Experience with B2B Marketing Analytics dashboards
- Experience configuring Salesforce Engage
- Knowledge of connectors to integrate Pardot with other systems
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
