Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

• Manage and maintain the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, including data integrity, segmentation, and automation.
• Create and manage datasets and queries using SQL for campaign targeting and reporting.
• Collaborate with zonal marketing teams to plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
• Develop, test, and maintain email templates (responsive and dynamic).
• Create / Support in campaign preparation and execution using Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
• Running different marketing Campaign via Journey/ adhoc
• Preparation of Email / WA / SMS templates for Marketing campaigns
• Ensure compliance with best practices in deliverability, data security, and opt-in policies.
• Provide reports and insights to optimize campaign performance.
• Keep the report of Zonal level Campaign and optimise them as per the budget
• Guiding and training to the Zonal team members about

SFMC Required Skill Set

• Good Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience of managing data and writing SQL queries
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Exposure to CRM / Martech systems and specifically the Salesforce ecosystem will be a strong plus.
