Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama) professional who will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and managing data integration, dashboards, and analytics solutions within SFMC Intelligence. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in marketing data integration, data modeling, and visualization to help drive data-driven marketing decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama).
• Build and maintain data pipelines and integrations from various marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Configure data streams, harmonization, and data models within SFMC Intelligence.
• Create interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations for marketing analytics.
• Monitor data quality and troubleshoot data discrepancies.
• Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and business teams to understand reporting requirements.
• Optimize platform performance and ensure best practices in data management.
• Provide support and enhancements for existing SFMC Intelligence implementations.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama).
• Strong understanding of marketing data sources and integrations.
• Experience with ETL processes and data modeling.
• Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and data connectors.
• Experience creating dashboards and reports for marketing analytics.
• Good understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with marketing attribution models and campaign performance analysis.
• Salesforce certifications related to Marketing Cloud or Analytics are a plus.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing Analytics, or related field.
