About the Role

Position: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

Experience: 4-6 Years

Location: Noida / Pune / Chennai / Bangalore (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with 4-6 years of experience to design, develop, implement, and optimize marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in email marketing, customer journey orchestration, data management, and Marketing Cloud development to support personalized customer engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Contact Builder.
• Design, build, and deploy personalized, dynamic, and responsive email campaigns.
• Create and manage customer journeys, automations, and triggered communications.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize AMPscript, SSJS (Server-Side JavaScript), SQL Queries, and HTML/CSS for marketing campaigns.
• Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with CRM platforms and third-party applications through APIs and connectors.
• Manage subscriber data, segmentation, data extensions, and audience targeting strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize deliverability.
• Collaborate with marketing, business, and technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to marketing automation best practices, data privacy regulations, and platform governance.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation activities.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of overall IT experience with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Required Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud APIs and integrations.
• Strong understanding of customer data models, segmentation, and campaign automation.
• Knowledge of email deliverability best practices and marketing analytics.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Salesforce CRM integration is preferred.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
